  Add notes

  Text, voice, a photo, or a forward in one message — the bot keeps Telegram formatting and prepares the note for smart search. Instead of replying “saved”, it reacts with ✍ on your own message, so the chat stays a feed of your notes.

  The zeitnote.app website

  A full web app with its own sign-in: email and password, or Telegram. List, editor with autosave, search on Ctrl+K, categories, trash, and settings — no Telegram needed on a work laptop.

  App on your phone

  Install the website to your home screen like a regular app — own icon, no address bar. Notes live on the device: on the subway or a plane you can still open and edit them, and changes sync as soon as you are back online.

  “My notes” button: browse, search, categories, trash, and settings — without long chat flows.

  Semantic search

  Finds by meaning, not exact match. For URLs it pulls the page title so search hits the idea, not just the address.

• ask

  Answers from your own notes

  Ask a question in plain words — Zeitnote builds an answer from your notes and shows which ones it used. When the answer implies an action, it offers one and only acts once you confirm. Available in the bot and the Mini App.

  Photos and files in a note

  A Telegram album is saved as one note instead of falling apart into a dozen. On the web photos line up in a grid, an image can be pasted right where the cursor is and dragged elsewhere, and documents and videos collect into a list under the note.

  Share a note

  The “Share” button hands you an address like zeitnote.app/s/trip-packing-list — anyone can read the note there, with no account and no sign-in. The ending is yours to pick. Access is revoked in one click, and these pages stay out of search engines.

  Categories & auto-labeling

  System sections plus your own: create, edit, delete. On save the bot suggests a category or new groups of similar notes. Auto-assignment and its confidence threshold are configurable.

  Trash & review

  Deleted by mistake — restore it. “Review” surfaces duplicates and stale notes; you always decide.

  Voice notes

  Send a voice message — the bot transcribes it, saves the note, and makes it available via search and Inline.

  Inline mode

  In any chat type @bot: recent notes with an empty query, or search by meaning — paste text, voice, or a photo into the conversation. A note with a picture goes out as the picture itself, not a link to it.

  Import from Saved Messages

  Link your Telegram account and move text messages from Saved Messages into Zeitnote in one action.

  Edits & forwards

  Edit a message in the bot chat — the note updates. Forward someone else’s message — it is saved as a new note, and its text stays an untouched quote.

  No service-message clutter

  The bot clears its own command replies and hints after a delay you set. What stays in the chat is the thing you came for: your notes.
